John Finch aka Marti
Pellow won Stars-in-their-Eyes in 1994, first winning his heat and then the
series.
Since winning Stars-in-their-Eyes John turned professional and
has been doing his Marti Pellow tribute for 7 years, he has toured all four
corners of Britain.
John has done many T.V. shows including "The Late
Late Breakfast Show" in the Republic of Ireland alongside The Corrs, Kids T.V.
and several shows for cable Channel 1.
John has been involved with
numerous charity events such as Breast cancer research with Liz Dawn of
Coronation Street fame, charity events organised by Granada T.V. including the
cast from Emmerdale, Brookside and Coronation Street and several events for
Alder Hey Children's Hospital. |

In 1994 John met and
performed with Wet, Wet, Wet in London at a presentation night for the band
celebrating their 15 weeks success at number 1, with "Love is all Around".
After the presentation of the platinum disc Marti Pellow was so impressed with
Johns performance that he referred to John as his hologram! The two Marti's
appeared the next day in the Daily Mirror, but which was the real
one?
